Job summary

LONGi Energy Storage Europe is seeking a Core Service Management leader to oversee full-cycle service delivery for utility-scale ESS across Europe. You will lead the service team, manage LTSA and O&M projects, and ensure contract compliance, KPI delivery, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep expertise in BESS, O&M optimization, data review, cost control, and cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, engineering and quality teams to drive product iteration and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle service delivery for utility-scale ESS projects.
• Strong knowledge of LTSA contracts, O&M standards and KPI reporting.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team and own LTSA project performance across Europe.
• Oversee End-to-End O&M, warranty and LTSA handovers to O&M.
• Control service scope, SLAs, costs and customer satisfaction.
• Design and deploy standardized O&M processes and tools.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular performance reviews.
