CATL invites you to continue our legend of green energy. The ESS Technical Solution Engineer role blends application engineering with sales engineering to support customers by demonstrating product functionality and value, helping win projects and tailoring solutions to client needs.

You will gather client feedback, coordinate with development teams, and prepare detailed proposals while maintaining a focus on technical excellence and customer success across the EU ESS market.

Formación

• At least 2 years work experience in EU ESS market.
• Previous work experience as an AE or SE of ESS market is advantageous
• Previous experience in utility or ESS developer company is advantageous
• Knowledge of EU ESS projects development requirements is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Product Demonstration: Explain complex technical concepts and demonstrate product benefits to clients.
• Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand needs, challenges and requirements for opportunities.
• Solution Development: Design tailored solutions collaborating with technical teams and relay feedback to development.
• Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed proposals outlining the solution and business value for the client.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and address client questions and issues.
• Technical Agreement Negotiations: Participate in negotiations ensuring alignment on the technical solution.
• Risk Assessment and Problem Solving: Identify risks and provide preventative solutions during manufacturing, delivery and handover.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to suggest improvements.
