Job summary

Boeing, a global leader in aerospace, is seeking a Regional Director, Material Sales - Europe to lead sales across Europe from Amsterdam, Madrid, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Paris or London. The role is hybrid and will require some onsite work at one of the listed locations.

You will manage and develop a sales team, drive LRBP targets, and build strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Strong leadership and deep aerospace knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in the aviation industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Aerospace materials planning, sourcing, purchasing, and procurement expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to plan and execute campaigns.
• Achieve team sales targets and LRBP through new business and existing accounts.
• Develop relationships with aerospace customers, suppliers, peers, and stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements to tailor aircraft parts solutions and drive results.
• Collaborate with Boeing units to optimize sales strategies.
• Develop and execute plans to acquire resources and meet objectives.
