IE Business School is seeking a Regional Director to lead business development and expansion of its AMP programs in Castilla y León and Asturias. The ideal candidate will establish strategic partnerships and enhance program visibility through networking and marketing efforts.

This role requires at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate relationship management, a strong understanding of the regional business environment, and fluency in Spanish.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate relationship management.
• Experience in managing and executing educational or training programs.
• Spanish language required; knowledge of English is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and establish relationships with companies for AMP programs.
• Develop strategic partnerships to train executives and employees.
• Conduct analysis of commercial activities in the region.
