Job summary

Maersk is looking for a regional operations coordinator to represent our interests within Gemini at the regional level, coordinating with Gemini Partners on operational matters and serving as the first line of escalation for cargo, schedules, and berthing optimization across regions.

You will act as SME on Joint Working Procedures to protect Maersk’s interests, own regional contingency handbooks, and negotiate seasonal contingencies with partners, while collaborating with the GEC and RCCs to

Responsibilities

• Represent Maersk interests in Gemini at regional level and coordinate with Gemini Partners on operations.
• Act as first line of escalation for cargo, schedules, berthing optimization and regional issues.
• Serve as SME on Joint Working Procedures (JWPs) to protect Maersk’s interests; ensure correct interpretation with OF/CF teams.
• Own regional contingency handbooks and negotiate seasonal contingencies with Partners.
• Coordinate with Global Execution Center and RCCs to ensure consistent management practices.
