Maersk is seeking a regional coordination professional to represent interests and manage operational escalation across Gemini for regional regions. The role focuses on coordinating with partners on cargo, schedules and berthing optimization, while maintaining a clear overview of cases and ensuring consistent governance with JWPs.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Maersk interests within Gemini at regional level and coordinate with Gemini Partners on operational matters.
• Act as first line of escalation with partner Cargo, Schedules, berthing optimization across services.
• Maintain regional overview of cases and coordinate/ negotiate resolutions with internal and external teams.
• Serve as SME on Joint Working Procedures to protect Maersk's interests and ensure correct JWPs interpretation.
• Take regional ownership of contingency handbooks and seasonal contingency negotiations with partners; collaborate with GEC and RCCs for consistent practices.
• Support Regional/HQ Finance on schedule reliability and penalty schemes; escalate disputes as needed.
