• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on risk identification and resolution.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Experience supporting operational change, onboarding programs, or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.

• Validate supplier information, operational capabilities, documentation processes, and readiness for go-live.
• Monitor booking, documentation, and operational compliance, ensuring timely and accurate shipment execution.
• Identify and elevate potential risks related to cargo readiness, documentation, production, or system issues.
• Support suppliers during implementation phases and provide guidance to resolve operational challenges.
• Track supplier performance, compliance, and recurring issues, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Control Tower, Planning, and other stakeholders to enhance supplier performance and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a Supplier Liaison Coordinator to support supplier onboarding, readiness, and compliance as part of a new logistics operating model. Based in Valencia, this role will act as the key link between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring bookings, documentation, cargo readiness, and operational milestones are managed effectively to support seamless execution. You will play a critical role in driving supplier adoption, identifying risks early, and ensuring suppliers are prepared to operate successfully within the new network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier onboarding activities, including communications, training, and readiness assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring clear understanding of processes, requirements, and service expectations.
• Validate supplier information, operational capabilities, documentation processes, and readiness for go-live.
