Job summary

Worley is seeking a Regional Head of Construction for Continental Europe. The role drives strategic alignment, talent development, and operational excellence across multiple projects to ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.

The candidate will lead a high-performing regional construction team, manage client relationships, and implement standardized processes across locations to realize Worley’s growth and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent in a related field or applicable discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering major construction projects across regional locations.
• Experience implementing strategic programs and policies for the function.
• Worked with regional management influencing business results and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business and function at regional customer level and engage with stakeholders.
• Translate global goals into deliverables to drive consistency via regional networks.
• Lead major projects and regional construction capability to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Shape direction and initiatives aligning with Worley's long-term strategy for the next 1–3 years.
• Provide leadership to ensure compliance with client standards and project objectives.
