Job summary

Impress is expanding its European footprint and seeks a Construction Project Manager to drive multiple clinic construction projects from design through to opening and handover. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within budgets.

Qualifications

Educational background in Architectural Design or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with coordinating architecture and engineering disciplines with consultants and local teams.
Healthcare or retail construction experience with local codes and zoning.
Strong scheduling and timely milestone delivery with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Lead flagship construction projects in Europe from design to opening and handover.
Manage workload of regional design and construction teams.
Align with expansion forecasts and operational objectives for new flagships.
Review and approve CAPEX budgets before senior management approval.
Control costs and approve additional spending as needed.
Engage with country managers, medical directors and other stakeholders.
Escalate critical issues to ensure milestones are delivered.
Maintain and remodel clinics due to new policies or improvements.
