Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L.U. seeks a Senior Project Manager, EMEA Construction (Power & Water) to lead water infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning.

You will oversee civil, mechanical, process, controls and environmental aspects, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance across EMEA. You will manage scope, schedule and budget, interface with contractors, drive cost efficiency, and coordinate with electrical, mechanical and commissioning teams to deliver

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent engineering science.
• 7+ years of experience in construction management of large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plants.
• Understand mechanical and civil engineering principles for water systems.
• General contractor and vendor management experience (RFPs, bidding, change orders) in construction and project execution.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction management of water infrastructure projects in EMEA.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.
• Own project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Interface with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases.
• Deliver efficient and high-quality project turnovers meeting electrical utility requirements.
• Lead negotiations with contractors and evaluate bids.
