ALS is seeking a commercially oriented sales professional to win, retain and develop C-level Reefer customers across the Mediterranean region. The role emphasizes proactive hunting, relationship building, and deep knowledge of refrigerated logistics.

You will build a strong pipeline, conduct onsite meetings, and assess profitability and strategic fit while aligning with product teams and station management to onboard customers.

Formación

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding or related logistics.
• Proven track record in Reefer/ocean freight sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean Reefer markets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Win, retain, and develop C-level customers in the Reefer segment.
• Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities for Mediterranean Reefer trades.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and report activity via CRM.
• Assess profitability and strategic fit of prospective accounts.
• Collaborate with Product Teams and Station Management to onboard customers.
