Capgemini Invent in Madrid invites motivated students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, psychology, or communications to join the HR team. You will engage in end-to-end recruitment, design strategies, and partner with senior stakeholders to meet hiring needs.

You will organize job fairs and events, interact professionally with clients and candidates, and contribute to other recruiting projects as required. Excellent English is required.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, psychology, communications or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Role Description:

As a team member for our HR Team, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment processes. The main responsibilities will be:

• Identify the best talent (through screening or research) and handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs
• Partnership with senior business stakeholders to align and execute the recruiting strategy
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Ensuring a professional customer focused interaction both internally and externally
• Working on other recruiting projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related
• An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to manage up and influence
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively closely as part of a team
• A high performer with exceptional organization
• Excellent spoken and written English is required, additional languages are a plus.
• Able to maintain confidential information and discretion
