Capgemini Invent in Madrid invites motivated students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, psychology, or communications to join the HR team. You will engage in end-to-end recruitment, design strategies, and partner with senior stakeholders to meet hiring needs.

You will organize job fairs and events, interact professionally with clients and candidates, and contribute to other recruiting projects as required. Excellent English is required.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, psychology, communications or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Identify the best talent through screening or research and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet needs.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to align and execute the recruiting strategy.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure professional, customer-focused interaction internally and externally.
• Work on other recruiting projects as necessary.
