ADM Value Barcelona, part of the Tessi Group, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Barcelona. You will manage the full recruitment cycle to attract multilingual talent for our contact center operations.

In a fast-paced, international environment, you will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offers while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Technician, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar recruitment role.
• Fluent English and French (spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience using job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for customer service and back-office positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, universities, and other recruitment channels.
• Publish and maintain attractive job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone and video interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, motivation, language proficiency, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Prepare job offers and support pre-employment documentation.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and networking events when required.
