ADM Value, part of the Tessi Group, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Barcelona. You will manage the full recruitment cycle to attract and hire multilingual talent for our contact center operations, helping us support fast growth and provide excellent customer experiences.

In this fast-paced role you will build relationships with candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive effective recruitment processes to fill roles efficiently.

Formación

• Previous experience in recruitment or similar role.
• Fluent English and French (spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple processes.
• Experience using job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for customer service and back-office roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, universities and other channels.
• Publish and maintain engaging job advertisements across platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone/video interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, language proficiency and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for customer service and back-office positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, universities, and other recruitment channels.
• Publish and maintain attractive job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone and video interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, motivation, language proficiency, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Prepare job offers and support pre-employment documentation.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and networking events when required.

Requirements

Required

• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Technician, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar recruitment role.
• Fluent English and French (spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience using job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Spanish language skills.
• Academic background or knowledge in Human Resources.
• Previous recruitment experience within the Contact Center / BPO / Customer Experience industry.
• Experience in high-volume or multilingual recruitment.
