Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a dedicated French native speaker to recruit doctors into our market research panel and engage them to participate in studies. You will call doctors to invite their participation and conduct follow-up conversations to ensure timely questionnaire completion.

You will maintain up-to-date records of healthcare professionals and assist them with queries. This role supports a diverse, dynamic team and involves translations of text passages as needed, within a multinational

Qualifications

• Must be a native French speaker.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Other tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among the assigned pool of doctors using multiple channels and arguments.
