Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native recruitment specialist to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit healthcare professionals, establish trust, and ensure their participation across surveys and follow-ups.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, maintain up-to-date records, and support queries. Strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with multinational environments are valued. Fluency in English complements French.

Qualifications

French native required.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation and engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure participation rates by using different communication channels and arguments.
Maintain up-to-date information about Healthcare Professionals and assist with queries.
