Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a driven recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and coordinate ongoing participation while handling queries and updates on the healthcare professionals in your panel.

The ideal candidate is a French native speaker with English proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
