AVL Iberica invites you to join its Human Resources team in Mataró (Barcelona) as a Recruiter on a temporary contract. You will lead recruitment and onboarding, support employee benefits, and help shape HR policies, using HRIS to keep records up to date and confidential.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth HR operations, offering an international environment within software and automotive industries, with flexible hours and a modern workplace.

• Valuable experience of more than 1 year in Human Resources
• Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of labor and employment legislation
• Possession of outstanding knowledge of MS Office

Do you want to join the Human Resources (HR) team at AVL Iberica?

We are looking for qualified Human Resources Specialists to join our team located in Mataró (Barcelona) with the option of joining from Valladolid as well.

The person hired will carry out recruitment and selection tasks, department support tasks such as managing employee benefits and requests, and developing HR policies. You will use Human Resources information systems to ensure that all employee records are up to date and confidential.

The objective is to ensure that the operations of the HR department. run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
