AVL Iberica in Mataró (Barcelona) is seeking an HR Specialist to join the HR team. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, and policy development, with HRIS usage to keep records accurate and confidential.

The objective is to ensure the HR department runs smoothly, delivering maximum value to the organization in a dynamic software and automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of labor and employment legislation.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Team-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• English level B2.

We are looking for qualified Human Resources Specialists to join our team located in Mataró (Barcelona) with the option of joining from Valladolid as well.

The person hired will carry out recruitment and selection tasks, department support tasks such as managing employee benefits and requests, and developing HR policies. You will use Human Resources information systems to ensure that all employee records are up to date and confidential.

The objective is to ensure that the operations of the HR department. run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

• Manage the recruitment and selection processes of personnel
• Conduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiatives
• Offer support to employees on various HR -related topics
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies
• Improve job satisfaction by diligently solving problems, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
• Guarantee compliance with labor regulations

Profile Description

• Valuable experience of more than 1 year in Human Resources
• Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of labor and employment legislation
