Responsabilidades

• Полный цикл подбора — исследование, поиск, оценка кандидатов и управление процессом.
• Коучинг менеджеров по найму по срокам закрытия, картированию рынка и вовлечению кандидатов.
• Разработка и внедрение новых программ поиска топ-талантов.
• Использование ATS, отчетности и приборов для иллюстрации конвейера найма.
• Поддержка брендирования работодателя на сетевых и онлайн-мероприятиях.
• Управление кадровым конвейером и поиск будущих возможностей.
• Совет руководству на основе рыночной экспертизы и улучшение качества найма.
• Анализ метрик Talent Acquisition и совершенствование стратегий найма.

Описание: Glovo operates a multi-category delivery platform connecting users with local businesses and couriers. The platform offers on-demand delivery from restaurants, grocers, supermarkets, and retail stores.

Задачи:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance
• Coach hiring managers on recruiting topics such as time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement, and conversion
• Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies for finding top talent
• Use ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
• Support employer branding activities by attending networking events and e-meetups
• Manage the candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities that may be a fit
• Advise hiring managers using market expertise and help the business raise the bar with every hire
• Analyze talent acquisition metrics and build recruiting strategies while maintaining operational excellence and the quality of candidate and hiring manager experiences

Требования:

• Ideally 5 years of experience recruiting different profiles in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating successfully with Senior Tech Leaders
• Experience recruiting a variety of roles and levels in Tech, including Data, Engineering, and Product
• Solid understanding of Glovo’s vision, business model, and operations
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build effective recruiting partnerships
• Metrics-oriented, with the ability to support recruiting strategies and goals with data while maintaining candidate experience
• Ability to influence decision-makers, advise senior leaders, and influence strategic hiring decisions
• Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every listed qualification
• Nice to have: experience in a scale-up or tech company
