Вам предстоит идентифицировать новые возможности для партнеров, разработать стандартизированный коммерческий инструментарий и выстраивать операционные модели в зависимости от размера партнёра, работая с внешними и внутренними командами.

Formación

• 4+ года опыта в коммерческой или бизнес-развитии.
• Опыт идентификации возможностей роста и реализации стратегических инициатив.
• Опыт как руководитель проектов от определения до выполнения.
• Ориентированность на данные при приоритизации инициатив.

Responsabilidades

• Ведение конвейера BD для новых пилотных проектов, включая не-food сегменты.
• Поиск новых возможностей для партнеров и подходящих моделей роста.
• Разработка и стандартизация коммерческого инструментария и процессов.
• Определение операционной модели для партнёров в зависимости от их размера.
• Представление рыночной информации по ценам конкурентов, интеграциям и стимулам.
• Содействие кросс-функциональному сотрудничеству для перевода инициатив из идеи в исполнение.

Описание: Glovo is a local delivery platform and part of the Delivery Hero Group. It connects users with businesses and couriers through an on-demand app, offering deliveries from restaurants, grocers, supermarkets, and retail stores across multiple countries.

Задачи

• Own the business development pipeline for new strategic bets and pilots, including non-food segments
• Identify new partner opportunities and suitable growth models
• Build and standardize the commercial toolkit and processes for efficient operation at scale
• Define the On-Demand partner operating model with differentiated approaches by partner size
• Represent market insights on competitor pricing, integrations, and incentives
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to move initiatives from idea to execution

Требования

• 4+ Years of experience in a commercial or business development role
• Experience identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic business development initiatives
• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading initiatives end-to-end from scoping to execution
• Data-driven mindset for prioritizing initiatives and making decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
• Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Solid English communication skills, written and spoken
• Nice to have: experience in a food tech environment
