Glovo ищет стажера-балансировщика аналитики данных в Барселоне. Ваша работа будет поддерживать моделирование структур оплаты, анализировать данные с помощью SQL и Python, и презентовать инсайты для стейкхолдеров.

Formación

• Glovo is a local delivery platform within the Delivery Hero Group, operating in around 65 countries and delivering goods quickly and conveniently to customers.

• Support the modelling and review of order payment structures that improve rider engagement and operational efficiency;
• Query large datasets with SQL to identify trends, answer business questions, and build an analytical foundation for strategic decisions;
• Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a concise and convincing way;
• Support the design and execution of experiments that validate setting changes before global rollout;
• Incorporate AI tools, including agents, copilots, and LLM-assisted analysis, into daily workflows;
• Track KPIs, identify anomalies, and make data-driven adjustments;
• Consider the rider perspective to keep models fair, locally relevant, and operationally sound.

Требования:

• Recently completed a degree or master's in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field;
• Write SQL queries independently to pull and filter data, join tables, and aggregate results;
• Use Python and pandas or similar tools to manipulate data and automate simple tasks;
• Work confidently with Excel or spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and clean data structuring;
• Break down ambiguous questions and work toward clear answers independently;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as copilots, agents, or LLM‑assisted analysis; exposure to data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI; exposure to experimentation such as A/B testing or switchback tests.
