Formación

Responsabilidades

Задачи:

Own end-to-end recruitment for complex, hard-to-fill, senior and niche Engineering roles;

Partner with Engineering Directors, VPs, and Hiring Managers;

understand their needs, challenge assumptions, and advise on realistic hiring strategies;

Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for passive, senior technical talent, adapting them as roles evolve;

Track recruiting funnel health, conversion, and time-in-stage; use the data to diagnose issues and inform decisions across individual roles and the wider Engineering pipeline;

Help refine scorecards, participate in and support calibration sessions, and serve as a reference for hiring standards across interviewer panels;

Support process improvements, interview training, and employer branding initiatives for the Engineering hiring function;

Coach and share knowledge with less experienced TA Partners working through difficult roles, declined offers, or pipeline blockers;

Deliver a strong candidate experience for selective, in-demand talent, especially in AI/ML and other specialist domains.

Требования:

• 7+ Years of recruiting experience, including significant experience as a senior technical recruiter or equivalent;


• Several years of experience recruiting Engineering roles at scale, with a track record in difficult, niche, or senior searches;


• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and challenging requirements or hiring bars when needed;


• Experience contributing to calibration, interview training, process improvement, or mentoring beyond individual roles;


• Ability to build and run sourcing strategies for senior, specialized technical talent;


• Ability to track and interpret recruiting metrics and use them to explain decisions and diagnose problems;


• Experience in a highly selective hiring environment and understanding of strong technical hiring practices;


• A team-first, low-ego approach and willingness to share knowledge and raise standards across the function.
