Responsabilidades

• Владение одним-двумя продуктами от начала до конца: UI, структура Postgres, edge-функции, развёртывание и сопровождение.
• Разработка и эксплуатация компонентов с поддержкой LLM, включая подсказки, извлечение, оценку затрат и задержек, валидацию вывода.
• Преобразование возражений клиентов и транскриптов звонков в функциональные возможности продукта.
• Работа с агентами на практике, обеспечение качества их вывода.

Shortlists is an AI-native recruitment CRM and ATS for recruitment agencies. Its AI assistant performs recruitment work rather than simply storing records. Bifrost Forge serves a fast-growing customer base in Northern Europe.

Задачи

• Own one or two product surfaces end to end, including the UI, Postgres schema, edge functions, deployment, and post-deployment operation;
• Build and operate LLM-backed product components, including prompts, retrieval, evaluations, cost and latency optimization, and output validation;
• Turn customer objections or call transcripts into shipped product and make product decisions independently;
• Build with coding agents as a standard working method and take responsibility for their output;
• Improve the codebase for future engineers and agents through clearer rules, better skills, and quality gates;
• Talk to customers and identify what is broken.

Требования

• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals;
• Experience writing and shipping real code independently;
• Experience shipping and operating full-stack features, including migrations, authentication, deployments, and production debugging;
• Experience shipping an LLM-powered feature in a critical product path and maintaining it in production;
• Experience working in an engineering pipeline with branches, code review, CI, and releases;
• Daily experience building with coding agents and explaining how to prompt, review, and validate their output;
• Ability to reason about unfamiliar code and identify plausible but incorrect agent-generated changes;
• Ability to work autonomously, identify next steps, and raise missing decisions or resources immediately;
• Nice to have: auth, tenant isolation, secrets management, dependency hygiene, GDPR, Supabase in production, RLS, edge functions, deep Postgres expertise, JavaScript, Node, Python, multi-tenant B2B SaaS, recruitment or HR tech, building custom agents, skills, or tooling.
