IQVIA is recruiting an enthusiastic recruiter to build and sustain a panel of doctors for market research studies in Madrid. You will engage healthcare professionals, manage recruitment and follow-up conversations, and maintain up-to-date records to support study participation.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, clear communication, and the ability to work with a diverse, multinational team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French and strong English skills are required.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
