Oasis Spa at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, located in a premier luxury hotel, seeks a Spa Reception Supervisor to lead daily spa reception operations and guest interactions. You will coordinate with Spa Therapists and Wellness teams to uphold exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, fluent Spanish and strong English, and the ability to manage reservations, memberships, and billing with attention to detail. Weekend shifts are included.

• Experience in a supervisory role within spa, wellness, hospitality or luxury service environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead by example and support a team in delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with reservation and booking systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent Spanish and high level English are required; additional languages are an asset.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily operation of the spa reception, ensuring efficient and professional service.
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a relaxing and welcoming spa environment.
• Oversee spa reservations, memberships, and guest inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Support and guide Spa Receptionists in their daily responsibilities and guest interactions.
• Monitor reception procedures to ensure compliance with spa and hotel standards.
• Process payments and oversee accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
• Maintain guest records and ensure administrative documentation is completed correctly.
• Ensure the reception area and spa facilities are organized, clean, and well-presented.
• Support the daily operation of the spa by monitoring supplies, amenities, and retail displays.
• Communicate important guest information and operational updates during shift handovers.
• Collaborate closely with Spa Therapists and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with the coordination of special promotions, events, and wellness activities.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Spa Management.

At Oasis Spa at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, a sanctuary of wellbeing within one of the city's most iconic luxury hotels, we are looking for a professional, service-oriented, and motivated Spa Reception Supervisor to join our Wellness team.

This role is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the spa reception, supporting the reception team, managing guest interactions, and ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience. Working closely with Spa Therapists, Wellness professionals, and other hotel departments, you will help maintain exceptional service standards while supporting the achievement of operational and guest satisfaction goals.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role or senior reception position within a spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, between 09:30–17:30 and 13:30–21:30.
