Grand Hyatt Barcelona, part of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking a qualified Spa Therapist to join the Oasis Spa team. You will deliver massage, facial, and body treatments, ensuring exceptional care, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

The role is operational with a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. You will work closely with the Spa team to maintain high standards and guest experiences across a luxury brand.

Formación

• Professional training in aesthetics, massage, or body therapies.
• Valid license or certification in massage/aesthetic therapies in accordance with regulations.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel environment is an asset.
• Strong skills in massage, facial, and body treatments.

Responsabilidades

• Performing massage, facial, and body treatments in accordance with established standards and guest expectations.
• Delivering all treatments based on current licensure and professional guidelines.
• Assessing guest needs and identifying any contraindications prior to treatments.
• Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire service experience.
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and universal precautions.
• Cleaning and disinfecting treatment rooms, tools, and equipment daily.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and understanding ingredients and their benefits.
• Recommending retail products and home care routines to guests.
• Promoting additional treatments and spa services when appropriate.
• Starting and finishing treatments on time, respecting scheduled appointments.
• Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared according to spa standards.
• Recording client preferences, treatment notes, and maintaining guest history cards.
• Informing management of product needs and stock shortages.
• Attending team meetings and scheduled training sessions.
• Reporting any incidents or guest concerns to management promptly.
• Supporting overall spa operations and completing assigned side duties.

About the Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, providing high‑quality spa treatments while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests.

Requirements & Profile

• Professional appearance and discretion when dealing with clients

• Flexible schedule (shift work, weekends, and public holidays)
• Spanish required; English is a plus
