SmartRental Group in Spain is seeking a dynamic waiter to support night shifts at its hostel operations. You will handle guest check-ins, assist guests, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently at night. English is required; other languages are a plus. Hospitality experience is valued, with growth opportunities and employee discounts on our venues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the hostel during the night shift.
• Handle guest check-ins and provide assistance when needed.
• Ensure guests comply with hostel and company policies.
• Monitor the property to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Make sure only registered guests are inside the hostel after 11:00 PM.
• Respond to incidents, guest requests, and basic operational issues during the night.
• Support smooth daily operations and communicate relevant information to the management team.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Waiter who will also support the bar service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in hospitality, has strong communication skills, and is able to provide excellent service to ensure a memorable guest experience.

What will you do?
