Luxinmo Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join the luxury market, leveraging expertise to connect discerning clients with dream properties across Costa Blanca and Ibiza.

The role involves property transactions support, market analysis, lavish property viewings, client matchmaking, and ongoing market trend tracking. The company offers car, phone, photography equipment, training, a supportive environment and a strong commission plan.

Formación

• Proven experience in real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Dutch.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate property transactions by connecting buyers and sellers, ensuring seamless negotiations and closure of deals for luxury properties.
• Provide expert market analysis and advice to clients for luxury real estate investments.
• Conduct comprehensive property viewings and presentations, highlighting unique features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and prospective clients to enhance effective matchmaking and follow-up strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new locations to identify opportunities for business growth.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality client interactions and transactions.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
