We are the official resale agent for TM Grupo Inmobiliario and are part of MLS and Inmoco. Our international team speaks 10 different languages, allowing us to work with clients from a wide range of markets and backgrounds.

The Opportunity

As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own clients, time and objectives, while benefiting from the brand, training, technology and support of RE/MAX Beach Homes.

What You’ll Do

• Build and develop your own property portfolio
• Advise clients on property valuations and market opportunities
• Guide buyers and sellers throughout the transaction
• Negotiate and build long-term client relationships
• Develop your own business and professional network

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Knowledge of the Costa Blanca property marketis an advantage
• English or Spanish is required; additional languages are highly valued
• Previous sales/customer service experience is welcome, but not essential

Requirements

• Valid driving licence and a personal car
• Legally authorised to work in Spain
• Willingness to work on a self-employed basis
