AECOM in Madrid seeks a skilled Civil Infrastructure PM/DM to lead our Highway design team within a dynamic consultancy. The ideal candidate will oversee design and management of highway projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure with highways, strong leadership and communication skills, and PMP certification preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• +10 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Highways.
• Extensive experience as a PM/DM leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• PMP certification would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design process for civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Highways from project planning to execution and closure.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and offices for Multidisciplinary and/or Multicentre projects.
• Oversee design stages from concept to final delivery, ensure adherence to timelines and specifications, identify risks and mitigate them.
• Manage design budgets and optimize resource allocation for efficiency and project success.
• Maintain project documentation and present regular reports to stakeholders; align with Project Delivery Procedures.
