AECOM is seeking a Civil Infrastructure Project Manager / Design Manager for Highways to lead design teams within a dynamic consultancy. You will oversee highway projects from planning through delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality infrastructure solutions in a global firm.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of PM/DM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and PMP certification is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• +10 years of experience; USA/Canada experience is a plus.
• Extensive PM/DM experience in civil infrastructure, highways focus.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• PMP certification would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and project management for highway infrastructure from planning to closure.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage budgets/resources.
• Oversee design processes, ensure quality, track progress and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
