AECOM is seeking a Principal Engineer in Systems Assurance based in Madrid. You will coordinate multiple Systems Assurance disciplines across complex railway projects, ensuring rigorous integration with Systems Engineering and railroad design teams across signaling, infrastructure and rolling stock.

The role requires 10+ years in Systems Assurance coordination, strong RAM and Safety Management knowledge, and fluent English.

Formación

  • At least 10 years of experience in Systems Assurance coordination.
  • Advanced knowledge of RAM and Safety Management.
  • Experience with Requirements, Configuration and Interface Management considered.
  • Experience in railway design disciplines including signaling, infrastructure, rolling stock valued.
  • High level of English.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate Integration between Systems Assurance capabilities in complex projects, delivering each discipline with the Discipline lead.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Systems Engineering and Systems Assurance practices into railway project design and development.

Job Description

We are looking for a Principal Engineer in Systems Assurance with solid experience in the sector and in-depth knowledge of Safety and RAM. Knowledge of Systems Engineering as per Requirements Management, Interface Management and Configuration Management will be taken into consideration.

Here is what you will do:

  • Coordinate Integration between Systems Assurance capabilities in complex projects being responsible of manage and deliver each System Assurance discipline together with the Discipline lead.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Systems Engineering and Systems Assurance practices into the design and development of railway projects.
Qualifications

Here's what we are looking for:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Systems Assurance coordination.
  • Advanced knowledge of RAM and Safety Management
  • Requirements Management, Configuration Management and Interface Management will be taken into consideration.
  • Experience in railway design disciplines, including signaling, infrastructure, and rolling stock, will be valued.
  • High level of English.
Education:
  • Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent education.
