AKT Global is seeking a Qualtrics Customer Experience Application Consultant to lead client onboarding and solution delivery, helping customers unlock the full potential of the Qualtrics platform for value-driven programs.

Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics Solution Consulting, the role supports cross-functional teams, manages small projects, and ensures successful configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer for European clients.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics Customer Experience implementations.
• Experience with Qualtrics integration to HR Tech or CRM.
• Proficiency with AI tools - an advantage.
• A degree in business relevant fields – an advantage.
• Knowledge of CSS or Python – an advantage.
• Language skills in English (very high level both written and verbal) – a must.

Responsabilidades

• Solution design and configuration of a business solution.
• End to end system configuration and testing.
• Qualtrics AI features configuration and enablement.
• Documentation and training.
• Client-facing activities and client communication.
• Project management at small scale.
