Preply is seeking a CX Program Manager - Expansion to own the customer experience across new geographies and subjects. You’ll track metrics for learners and tutors and drive cross-functional programs with Product, Growth, Customer Care, Supply Operations and Localization.

This role is based in Barcelona and involves hybrid work with relocation support to join our Barcelona Hub. You’ll build scalable CX policies, map end-to-end journeys, and lead go-to-market readiness with Supply Operations,

Formación

• 4+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, marketplaces, or high-growth tech roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and expansions.
• Analytical and data-savvy with root-cause analysis.
• Experience writing or owning customer-facing policies or processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own Experience Metrics & Drive Improvement for learners and tutors, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Own Policy and Processes for New Markets & Subjects across geographies and subjects.
• Execute Expansions with go-to-market readiness and land smooth launches with cross-functional teams.
