Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Design and implement quality control procedures and SPC measures.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees.
• Manage documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and non-conformances.
• Oversee product and process validation activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.
• Support remote quality data analysis and reporting where applicable.
