Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on production process improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across production activities in Queenstown. You will identify inefficiencies, apply lean tools, and drive continuous improvement throughout the production lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is proactive with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing manufacturing operations to achieve superior results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in production process analysis and improvement within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and performance measurement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing production processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM).
• Design and standardize work procedures to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes and train staff.
• Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, quality and cost, and report findings.
