Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a professional for a Permanent, on-site Quality Inspection role in Spain. You will conduct final inspections, perform functional tests, and ensure compliance with defined standards.

The position involves investigating quality issues, implementing containment, and guiding operators through L1/L2 delegation to sustain production flow. The role offers strong development opportunities within a multinational aerospace environment and requires a proactive

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspections and final check processes.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on quality issues.
• Familiarity with containment and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• You will perform quality inspections as per defined standards for final check and conformity attestation, stop points, FAI, functional tests, out of sequence work, including critical activities (when not delegated) and complete relevant documentation.
• You will carry out investigations and root cause analysis based on identified quality/technical issues and cost of non quality resulting at shop floor level.
• You will ensure that appropriate containment and corrective and preventive actions are taken by the accountable responsible function through the use of multifunctional teams.
• You will contribute towards securing production flow by rapidly resolving quality issues and foreign object damage prevention.
• You will ensure operational surveillance (people, product and process) of delegated tasks.
• You will coach operators with L1/L2 delegation on the job.
• You will manage measuring methods, quality sub-contracting, jigs & tools.
