Airbus Operations SL in Getafe, Spain, seeks a Quality Standard Conformance Manager to lead complex quality issue resolution and drive continuous improvement across processes and controls.

You will coordinate Control Plan activities, optimize inspections, and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration to improve process reliability and product adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• High adaptability to work on new topics and in a networking mode.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.

Job Description

An opportunity for a Quality Standard Conformance Manager (QCM) has arisen within Airbus Commercial, Getafe (Spain).

The selected candidate will join Quality area

You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase:

• Process performance and product adherence to standards
• Reliability of processes
• Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.

• Ensure that the Quality Control Requirements of the product and the associated process are satisfied
• Coordinate Control Plan routine meetings to capture each input linked to the process
• Drive inspection optimization activities (reinforcement, reallocation, reduction) as part of E2E Inspection Process
• Enforce Multi-Functional Team collaboration to contribute to process efficiency
• Ensure effective operational feedback loops to capture additional required inspections
• Digitalize Control Plan by deployed IT tools.
• Risks and opportunities managements.
• Perform status reporting. KPI creation and maintenance
• PFMEA collaboration
