Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Sevilla is seeking a Quality Line Side Leader for the A400M Airframe program. You will investigate quality issues, perform inspections, attest work, and lead surveillance to ensure containment and corrective actions.

The role requires coaching operations, conducting root cause analyses, preventing FOD, and driving process improvements across multifunctional teams to keep production on track.

Job Description:An opportunity for Quality Line Side Leader A400M Airframe has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in SevillaYou will contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality / quality technical issues from the business team andcustomer, to ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function throughmultifunctional teams.You will perform Quality Inspections as per defined standards, Final Check and Attestation, Stop Points, Out of sequence work, includingcritical activities (when not delegated).You will ensure Operational Surveillance (people, product and process).You will also provide feedback and coaching to Operations & Support Functions on Quality issues and observations from OperationalSurveillance.Finally, you will actively participate in process improvements.KEY DELIVERABLES: Quality Inspections and attestation of work orders when not delegated.Operational Surveillance (process, product, people), Optimization of Inspection activities, fast response to quality issues, Process Improvement, Investigations and root cause analysis, Foreign object damage prevention, Opening / Closure of Non conformities whereappropriate and support to the shop floor providing expertise in Q issues.Carrying out Predictive Quality activities and Coaching to operations.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: to inspect, attest and conduct surveillance, to conduct PPS, to prevent FOD, to manage Non conformities asappropriate, to be the go-to person on the shop floor for Quality issues.To carry out Improvement, Prediction and Coaching as appropriateWHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
