Job summary

Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a Professional in quality inspection to perform final checks, run functional tests, and document conformity attestations on produced components in our Albacete site. You will investigate issues, implement containment and corrective actions, and help sustain production flow.

You will also coach operators on basic tasks and manage measuring methods and jigs and tools. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and compliance in a high-precision aerospace

Qualifications

• Experience performing quality inspections according to defined standards.
• Ability to document conformity attestations and test results.

Responsibilities

• Carry out investigations and root-cause analysis for quality/technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will perform quality inspections as per defined standards for final check and conformity attestation, stop points, FAI, functional tests, out of sequence work, including critical activities (when not delegated) and complete relevant documentation.


• You will carry out investigations and root cause analysis based on identified quality/technical issues and cost of non quality resulting at shop floor level.


• You will ensure that appropriate containment and corrective and preventive actions are taken by the accountable responsible function through the use of multifunctional teams.


• You will contribute towards securing production flow by rapidly resolving quality issues and foreign object damage prevention.


• You will ensure operational surveillance (people, product and process) of delegated tasks.


• You will coach operators with L1/L2 delegation on the job.


• You will manage measuring methods, quality sub-contracting, jigs & tools.
