Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Seville is seeking a Quality Line Side Manager for the C295 fuselage line to ensure quality, on-time parts delivery and customer satisfaction. You will lead inspectors and work closely with FAL, Procurement and MFT.

You will direct containment, corrective and preventive actions, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in a demanding aerospace environment. This permanent role offers a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Ability to lead team and cross-functional teams.
• Meetings in English; daily use of Spanish.
• Able to keep things simple and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Engaged in making aircrafts and improving quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to internal customers on quality, on time and on cost.
• Organize and optimize inspection activities, and lead Operational Surveillance.
• Contribute to a robust production takt time by rapid resolution of quality issues and FOD prevention.
• Respond to quality issues with containment, corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up KPIs and implement improvement actions.
• Carry out investigations and root cause analysis from reported quality/tech issues.

We are currently offering an opportunity in Tablada PreFAL in Seville, in the Fuselages area , where we have developed The First Fuselage Moving Line in the Defence Aerospace Industry.

We are looking for a Quality Line Side Manager for the Fuselage line of the C295 aircraft for different customers and contracts.

Inside Production Quality, your mission is to increase the Customer satisfaction and to reduce the non-conformity level. You will work close to FAL, Procurement and our MFT. You will lead a team of inspectors.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Deliver the parts to our internal customers, on Quality, on Time and on Cost
• Organize and optimize current Inspection activities, and lead Operational Surveillance
• Contribute to a robust production Takt Time by rapid resolution of quality issues and FOD prevention
• Perform fast response to quality issues supporting the Multi-Functional team and the customer. Establish the appropriate containment, corrective and preventive actions
• Follow up of the KPIs and their continuous improvements. Establish action plan when required
• Carry out investigations and root cause analysis from reported quality / technical issues, PPS (Practical Problem Solving).
