Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Sevilla invites applications for a Quality Line Side Leader A400M Airframe. You will investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams on the shop floor.

You will conduct quality inspections, attestations, and stop points, ensure surveillance of people, product and process, and provide coaching to Operations & Support Functions on quality observations.

Qualifications

• Entry level position in quality inspection.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and participate in investigations.
• Basic understanding of quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and attest work orders and conduct surveillance.
• Carry out PPS and prevent FOD on the shop floor.
• Manage non-conformities and support quality issue resolution.

Job description

An opportunity for Quality Line Side Leader A400M Airframe has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Sevilla You will contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality / quality technical issues from the business team and customer, to ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams. You will perform Quality Inspections as per defined standards, Final Check and Attestation, Stop Points, Out of sequence work, including critical activities (when not delegated). You will ensure Operational Surveillance (people, product and process). You will also provide feedback and coaching to Operations & Support Functions on quality issues and observations from Operational Surveillance. Finally, you will actively participate in process improvements.
