VeryChic, a leading European luxury travel platform, is hiring through Hosco in Barcelona. VeryChic is part of the Accor Group and partners with thousands of hotels to offer exclusive flash sales.

This six-month internship provides a fast-paced, international environment to grow your career in quality and pricing strategy. You will benchmark sales, monitor offers, analyze trends, and collaborate with Digital Content and Sales to maintain high quality standards.

Formación

• Graduate or student in Tourism, E-commerce, Business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in at least two languages among English, French, and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Benchmark flash sales to ensure maximum rate and availability.
• Monitor each offer and track performance metrics before and after competitive analysis.
• Analyze key measures and trends across specific sales regions and areas.
• Participate in optimizing and automating benchmark tools and quality processes.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to anticipate new consumption trends and market demand.
• Collaborate with Digital Content, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align quality standards.
• Support other quality management initiatives depending on workload.

Your responsibilities

• Competitive Benchmark & Monitoring: Benchmark flash sales across different stages to ensure maximum rate and availability competitiveness.
• Monitor each offer and track performance metrics before and after competitive analysis.
• Analyze key measures and trends across specific sales regions and areas.
• Process Optimization & Strategy: Participate in optimizing and automating benchmark tools and quality processes.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to anticipate new consumption trends and market demand.
• Collaborate with Digital Content, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align quality standards.
• Support other quality management initiatives depending on operational workload.

Your profile

• Fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, French, or Spanish.
• Graduate or student in Tourism, E-commerce, Business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical capabilities and solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Pragmatic, organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Autonomous, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset.
• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027.
• Previous experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus!
