VeryChic in Barcelona is seeking a motivated intern for the Quality team to ensure the competitiveness, pricing, and availability of exclusive flash sales. The role combines analysis, benchmarking, and process optimization in a fast-paced travel environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to quality standards, and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce hospitality. Fluent language skills and Excel proficiency are important; 6-month internship starting January 2027 offered

Formación

• Fluent in English, French, or Spanish with two or more languages.
• Graduate or student in Tourism, E-commerce, Business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Autonomous, organized, detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Fast learner, adaptable and a good communicator.
• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship starting January 2027.
• Experience in tourism, travel or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Competitive Benchmark & Monitoring to ensure rate and availability competitiveness.
• Monitor and track performance metrics for offers before and after analysis.
• Analyze trends across sales regions and areas.
• Participate in optimizing benchmark tools and quality processes.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to anticipate market demand.
• Collaborate with Digital Content, Sales, and cross-functional teams on quality standards.
• Support other quality initiatives as needed.

Your Responsibilities

• Competitive Benchmark & Monitoring:
• Benchmark flash sales across different stages to ensure maximum rate and availability competitiveness.
• Monitor each offer and track performance metrics before and after competitive analysis.
• Analyze key measures and trends across specific sales regions and areas.
• Process Optimization & Strategy:
• Participate in optimizing and automating benchmark tools and quality processes.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to anticipate new consumption trends and market demand.
• Collaborate with Digital Content, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align quality standards.
• Support other quality management initiatives depending on operational workload.

Your profile

• Fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, French, or Spanish
• Graduate or student in Tourism, E-commerce, Business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical capabilities and solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Pragmatic, organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Autonomous, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset.
• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027.
• Previous experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus!
