VeryChic is a leading European travel platform focused on exclusive luxury hotel and travel deals. The Connectivity team connects hotel partners, channel managers, and internal teams to deliver seamless offers.

We seek an organized, proactive individual with fluency in French and English, capable of managing cross-functional setups, channel communications, and partner relations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Native French speaker and professional proficiency in English.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Graduate or student in E-Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Digital, or related fields.
• Autonomous, highly organized, and rigorous with high attention to detail.
• Versatile team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operational implementation of Connectivity.
• Upstream preparation of connectivity offers upstream via Channel Managers (internal setup, partner communication, and pre-publication validation).
• Direct relations with hotel partners, Channel Manager teams, Sales, Digital Content & Projects departments.
• Connectivity control before and during the sale.
• Putting online and managing VeryChic Tonight content.
• Creation of extranets.
• Operational set up of Tour Operators.
• Checking the receipt of TO rates.
• Communication with TO partners to confirm rates.
• Creation of TO identifiers.
• Operational implementation of external services.
• Activation and implementation of external activities.
• Checking and monitoring their operation.
