VeryChic, a leading European travel platform, is seeking a junior Connectivity specialist to manage operational setup and ongoing coordination with hotel partners and channel managers in Barcelona. You will handle upstream preparation, partner communications, and pre-publication validations, ensuring accurate rates and availability.

The role requires fluent French, strong English, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach within a dynamic, international team located in Barcelona.

Formación

• Fluent in French; professional English proficiency.
• Graduate or student in E-Tourism, Hospitality, Digital, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate connectivity implementation with hotel partners and Channel Managers.
• Prepare offers upstream via Channel Managers and validate pre-publication.
• Maintain direct relations with hotel partners, Channel Manager teams, Sales, Digital Content & Projects.
• Manage connectivity before and during sales and ensure content is up to date.
• Create extranets and set up Tour Operators and external services.

Your responsibilities

• Operational implementation of Connectivity
• Upstream preparation of connectivity offers upstream via Channel Managers (internal setup, partner communication, and pre-publication validation).
• Direct relations with hotel partners, Channel Manager teams, Sales, Digital Content & Projects departments.
• Connectivity control before and during the sale.
• Putting online and managing VeryChic Tonight content.
• Creation of extranets.
• Operational set up of Tour Operators.
• Checking the receipt of TO rates.
• Communication with TO partners to confirm rates.
• Creation of TO identifiers.
• Operational implementation of external services.
• Activation and implementation of external activities.
• Checking and monitoring their operation.

Requisitos

• Native French speaker and professional proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus!
• Graduate or student in E-Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Digital, or related fields.
• Autonomous, highly organized, and rigorous with high attention to detail.
• Versatile team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors is a plus.
