VeryChic in Barcelona is seeking an organized Connectivity Assistant to join our dynamic travel tech team. You will connect hotel partners, channel managers, and internal teams to deliver seamless travel offers and ensure accurate rate and content deployment.

You will manage upstream setup, direct partner communications, and monitor connectivity during sales. Fluent French and English are essential, with Spanish a plus, and you should bring meticulous attention to detail and strong written and

• Native French speaker with professional English proficiency.
• Graduate or student in E-Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Digital, or related fields.
• Autonomous, highly organized, and rigorous with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare connectivity offers via Channel Managers and validate pre-publication steps.
• Liaise with hotel partners, Channel Manager teams, Sales, Digital Content & Projects.
• Monitor connectivity before and during sale.
• Publish and manage VeryChic Tonight content.
• Create extranets.
• Verify TO rates with operators.
• Coordinate TO identifiers with partners.
• Coordinate activation of external services and monitor operations.

Join our Connectivity team to connect our hotel partners, channel managers, and internal teams to deliver seamless travel offers.

Your Responsibilities

Operational implementation of Connectivity

• Upstream preparation of connectivity offers upstream via Channel Managers (internal setup, partner communication, and pre-publication validation).
• Direct relations with hotel partners, Channel Manager teams, Sales, Digital Content & Projects departments.
• Connectivity control before and during the sale.
• Putting online and managing VeryChic Tonight content.
• Creation of extranets.

Operational set up of Tour Operators.

• Checking the receipt of TO rates.
• Communication with TO partners to confirm rates.
• Creation of TO identifiers.

Operational implementation of external services.

• Activation and implementation of external activities.
• Checking and monitoring their operation.

Your profile

• Native French speaker and professional proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus!
• Graduate or student in E-Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Digital, or related fields.
• Autonomous, highly organized, and rigorous with high attention to detail.
• Versatile team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors is a plus.
