VeryChic, part of the Accor Group, seeks a detail‑oriented Production professional in Barcelona to manage sales offers and lifecycle workflows. You will configure offers, verify content accuracy, and coordinate with Content, Sales, IT, and partners to ensure timely publication across markets.

The role emphasizes quality checks, price consistency, and brand presentation. A dynamic, international team in Barcelona offers growth in a fast-paced e-tourism environment.

Formación

• Native French speaker with flawless syntax and spelling.
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Create and configure sales offers in internal systems based on negotiated commercial agreements.
• Enter and manage content, including services and conditions, photos, and product information.
• Ensure production deadlines are met for publishing offers across markets.
• Guarantee accuracy and compliance of offers through quality checks.
• Advise Sales on technical feasibility of offers.
• Manage daily communication with operational teams for smooth workflow.
• Handle last-minute updates and modifications to sales offers.
• Coordinate changes with Content, Customer Service, Sales, IT, and external partners.
• Ensure offer quality and brand consistency before publication.

Join our Production team to manage sales production, optimize workflows, and bring curated hotel deals to life.

Your responsibilities

Production & Setup

• Create and configure sales offers in internal systems based on negotiated commercial agreements.

• Enter and manage content, including services and conditions, property photos, and other product information.

• Ensure production deadlines are met for publishing offers across various markets.

• Guarantee the accuracy and compliance of offers before publication through detailed quality checks, including price consistency and validation of product information.

• Advise the Sales team on the technical feasibility of negotiated offers.

• Manage daily communication with operational teams to ensure a smooth production workflow.

Lifecycle Management

• Handle last-minute updates and modifications to sales offers.

• Implement necessary corrections and coordinate changes with operational teams, including Content, Customer Service, Sales, IT, and external partners.

Offer Quality & Consistency

• Ensure the quality of offers and brand image by thoroughly reviewing and validating product merchandising before publication, including presentation, overall consistency, pricing, availability, copy, and visual assets.

• Coordinate final validations with partner hoteliers and the Sales team.

Internal Process Optimization

• Identify bugs, issues, and inconsistencies in offers, and monitor their resolution with Project and IT teams.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal tools, processes, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Your profile

• Native French speaker with flawless syntax and spelling. Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is a strong asset!

• Rigorous, accurate, and highly organized with strong priority management and stress resilience.

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take a step back to analyze processes.

• Versatile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus!
